 Attila Egerházi born in Budapest on 1964. He starts his professional studies of classical ballet and contemporary dance at Endre Jeszenszky dance school. Later on, he continued his studies of classical ballet, ballet methodology and contemporary dance at the Hungarian Dance Academy in Budapest. He moved abroad to extend his knowledge in Vienna, Stuttgart and Paris where he studied next to renowed masters as Armbgard van Bardelleben (Graham technique) Matt Mattox (Mattox technique) Milton Meyers (Horton technique) Joe Alegado (Limon technique) Sonia Mota (Falco technique)

Attila Egerházi started his professional career as a dancer in Vienna Dance Laboratory. Afterwards he join the Hungarian National Ballet where he been dancing during 12 years and where under Gyula Harangozó's leadership, he play a significant role in founding the choreographic studio and  he been during five years the artistic director.

He also graduated as a ballet pedagogue on the Hungarian Dance Academy  according to the ballet methodology based on the Vaganova system.

He got a choreographic scholarship in Netherlands Dance Theatre under the leadership of Jiri Kylián.

Ballet and contemporary dance pedagogical works:

 

        1998-2000   The leading teacher of the Hungarian Dance Academy in the modern dance pedagogical department.

   Since 1995 he is the permanent guest teacher of the conservatory of Dance Center Prague and home choreographer and artistic advisor to the association of the Ballet Prague Junior.

       2009-2016  Ballet director of the South Bohemian Theatre’s Ballet Company /Czech Republic/

       2018-Currently  Founder and ballet director of the Royal Ballet Fehérvár /Hungary/
